SMART 2.0 Project
Strategic Data Use and Evaluation Systems

The artifacts on this page represent how data and evaluation were integrated into SMART 2.0’s planning and reporting cycles. Samples include dataset summaries, internal reporting snapshots, and evaluation documents developed in partnership with a third-party external evaluator. My contributions focused on building and refining the systems that supported data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement—ensuring we could track project implementation, participant feedback, and alignment with federal reporting requirements. This section includes logic-informed reporting tools and infrastructure that reflect a larger effort to embed evaluation into the day-to-day function of the project.

Although not pictured, I also led data tracking and monthly reporting on attendance and member engagement in my role with Boise Regional REALTORS®. This included maintaining clean records, identifying trends, and ensuring that participation data informed future planning for professional development.

Interpreting These Materials

The datasets and reports shared here are illustrative samples and do not reflect the full scope of my data and evaluation work. Some artifacts were developed in collaboration with a third-party external evaluator to support federal reporting, while my role focused on building and refining the data systems that enabled consistent collection, analysis, and use of information at the project and state levels. These samples are intended to demonstrate my approach to strategic data use, system design, and collaborative evaluation—not as finalized or official reporting documents.
