Upwork Contract – Instructional Design for Onboarding​

As a contracted instructional designer on Upwork, I developed an onboarding training course to help new employees navigate their company’s CRM system. Artifacts include short clips of the video training content. Though not represented, supporting documents designed for multiple learning styles were also created as supplemental training support.

Smitten Sweets was a cookie business my husband and I co-owned with another family. These artifacts highlight samples of the social media content we created to connect with customers and build a brand voice. This experience reflects my skills in creative direction, audience engagement, and brand presentation for a small business setting.

Affiliate Marketing – Exploring Content Strategy

As part of a foundational affiliate marketing course, I explored strategies for digital engagement, audience connection, and content development. While this venture remained exploratory, it provided valuable insight into messaging and platform use. The samples included here highlight a beginner-level content guide created during the course. Although not featured on this site, the course also included practice in developing social media content and learning how to tailor messaging for specific audiences.
