SMART 2.0 Project
Structuring Statewide Professional Learning

These samples reflect how professional development was structured and supported for the SMART 2.0 project. Artifacts include an annual list of activities with dates and audience guidance, a SWOT analysis sample to evaluate sessions, and event planning tools. Additional materials include presenter and facilitator guides, professional development invitations, and a sample newsletter—all designed to ensure events were well-organized, intentional, and clearly communicated.
Boise Regional REALTORS
Managing Professional Development and Member Experience

This collection showcases how I managed and coordinated professional development for REALTORS® across the region. Artifacts include a monthly calendar of events, aligned with national themes, and an instructor eligibility analysis used to assign qualified speakers. A detailed event proposal outlines objectives, a mock schedule, and estimated budget for a specialty educational offering. These events were then entered into our CRM system, RAMCO, where I recorded all event details, managed attendee registration, and input pricing information—ensuring a streamlined experience from planning to delivery.

College of Eastern Idaho

The artifacts walk through the process of developing an online training course for staff—from identifying course structure and evaluation methods to building content in Articulate Storyline. This example highlights my understanding of course design, alignment, and platform integration.
