Grant Proposal and Annual Performance Reporting​

This section highlights two key artifacts from my role in managing federal grant processes for SMART 2.0. The first is the grant proposal submitted for Federal Fiscal Year 2025, which I authored to support the continuation and expansion of statewide literacy and MTSS efforts. The second is a sample of the Annual Performance Report submitted to the U.S. Department of Education for one of our funded years.

These documents reflect my responsibility in leading both the forward-facing strategy of grant writing and the back-end accountability of performance reporting—ensuring alignment between project design, implementation, and federal compliance requirements.
