Stakeholder Engagement

This section features samples that reflect my work designing and supporting stakeholder engagement efforts within the SMART 2.0 project. Artifacts include scopes of work developed for internal and external partners, stakeholder mapping visuals to clarify roles and communication pathways, and engagement guides tailored for various audiences. Additional samples include a scope of work for a higher education partnership and a presentation used to introduce SMART 2.0’s framework to stakeholder groups.

These materials were developed to strengthen alignment, build trust, and support shared ownership of the project across agencies, institutions, and professional roles. They demonstrate my approach to relationship-centered collaboration, clear communication, and purposeful partnership development.​​

Although not shown here, I also led stakeholder engagement efforts in my role with Boise Regional REALTORS®. Before transitioning out of the position, I was serving on a planning team to support professional development and collaboration for instructors—building connections and systems to enhance instructional quality and member engagement.
